He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Belliveau and Mary Mallett; and his sister Gloria Avery. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Carestia of Agawam. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
