He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Bouthillette, and Theresa Bouthillette, Sr. (Fournier); his son Richard; and his siblings, Elaine M. Sullivan, William D. Bouthillette and Aaron Michaels.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Piela (Oettlin); his daughters, Kathlean Carlos and Maureen Streit (Eric); his stepchildren, Andrea Florence (Daniel) and Jeffrey Piela (Michael Capuzzi); his sisters, Ruth Cleavall (David) and Joanne Smith (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Nolan, Ella, Madeline, Sophia, Ava and Ian.
