He is survived by: his children, Samantha and James; his grandchildren, Katy, Mason and Joey; his siblings, Stephen, David, Linda and Paula; and his former wife Deborah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A burial will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
In lieu of flowers, Phil's family asks that donations be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association.
