Peter Maynard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Maynard of Agawam, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 5, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Peter departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Peter. Though Peter may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Gina M. Williams. He is survived by: his spouse Quincy Williams of Agawam; his sons, Matthew J. (Pamela Maynard), Jeffrey P. (Zilda Maynard) and Joseph A. (Katherine Maynard); his former wife Deborah Maynard (Gingras) of Agawam; and also, Paul Maynard of Agawam and Linda Nardone of Michigan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Agawam Curran Jones Funeral Home (745 Cooper St, Agawam, MA 01001). A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
