He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M. Karam and Mary T. Karam (Shahum); and his siblings-in-law, Timothy M. Dowd and Joyce Agen. He is survived by: his wife Marianne T. Karam (Langone); his children, Ted Karam (Kristin) of West Suffield, CT, Leanne Moussette (Steve) of Southampton and Tony Karam (Kelly) of Wilbraham; his grandchildren, Josh, Emily, Grace Karam, Chelsea, Stevie Moussette, Michael and Madison Karam; his brother Gene Karam (Joan) of Agawam; and his siblings-in-law, James Langone (Chiqui) of Vero Beach, FL, Angela Dowd of West Springfield, Christine O'Connor (Ed) of Springfield and Barbara Cummings (Ned) of South Carolina. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
