He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Lee Moulton; and his parents, Alvin Moulton and Ethel Moulton. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Cammisa (Ralph), Jacquelyn Gauthier (Robert), Wendy Crapser (Nelson) and Keath Richard. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
