He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter Skowron, Helen Skowron and Leo Sagan. He is survived by: his parents, Richard J. and Christina A. Skowron (Sagan); his daughter Ava Lee Skowron; his brother Michael J. Skowron; and his grandmother Mary H. Sagan. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Matthew's parents for a future college fund for Ava.
