He was predeceased by: his grandfather Anthony "Tony" Cushman. He is survived by: his parents, Anthony D. Cushman and Melanie S. Cushman (Beasley); his siblings, Apollo Beasley, Eva Maria Richards and Merrick Cushman; his grandparents, Laura Cushman, Glenn, Beasley and Anita Bowers; his uncles, Cody Cushman (Abbie Losiewski), Josh Moore and Jason Moore (Chloé); and his aunt Nicole Bartlett (Chris).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Colonial Forastiere Funeral & Cremation (985 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Springfield Cemetery (171 Maple St, Springfield, MA 01105).
In lieu of flowers, you may bring a balloon or a pinwheel in memory of Mathias to the services.
