She is survived by: her children, Ann L. Miodowski of Southwick, Warren L. Miodowski (Lyli) of South Hadley, Steven M. Miodowski of Agawam and Julie A. Martin of Fortuna, CA; her grandchildren, Derrick Obara, Ryan Martin and Jake Miodowski; her great grandchild Jayk; and her sisters, Marlene G. Perrah of Texas and Andrea G. Guevin of Easthampton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
