He is survived by: his parents, Walter Kamyk and Joan Kamyk (Frost); his siblings, Walter Kamyk, Karl Kamyk, Kelly Gagne and Timothy Kamyk; his nieces, Katherine and Brittany; and his nephew Nikolas.
