He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Washington-White and Irabelle Washington-White (Housey); and his siblings, James Housey, Willie "Junior" Housey and Nathan Housey.
He is survived by: his wife Betty J.; his children, Lamont Henry Johnson (Shamieka), Henry Washington, Jr. (Jackie), Stephen, Yvette Tate (Ronnie), Linda Spencer and Takara; and his siblings, Josephus Housey, Sr. (Jeannette), John H. Housey, Sr. (Patricia), Franklin Housey, Sr. (Ruth), Wesley White, Sr. (Patricia), Charles White, Arthur White (Evon) and Mary White. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
