He was predeceased by: his father Edward; and his siblings, Karen Radwilowicz and Steven Radwilowicz. He is survived by: his mother Emily Radwilowicz (Marek); his wife Cheryl M. Radwilowicz (Lane); his son Brian G. Radwilowicz of Agawam; his brother Edward (Lisa Radwilowicz) of South Hadley; his nephew Steph Radwilowicz; his nieces, Kelsey Fuchs and Kristie Radwilowicz; his stepchildren, William L. (Katie Corbett) of Agawam and Shauna L. (Scott Kosak) of Longmeadow; and his stepgrandchildren, Coraline Kosak and Ashton Kosak.
