She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Stevens and Gertrude Stevens (Jaeger); her husband Robert "Bob" Kennedy Jr.; and her daughter Dyanne Rousseau. She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Davis (Robert Jr.) of Agawam; her grandchildren, Jeremy Davis, Lauren Davis, Lucien Rousseau (Ashley), Elise Rousseau and Wyatt Rousseau (Erica); her great grandchild Caden Rousseau; and her brothers, David Stevens (Judy) of Southbridge, MA. and John Stevens of Southbridge, MA..

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Colonial Forastiere Funeral and Cremation (985 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (833 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).

Memorial Contributions in Frances name may be made to St. Jude children's research hospital.
