He was predeceased by: his parents, Stepan Matvejuk and Maria Matvejuk; and his brother Victor Matveiuk. He is survived by: his wife Valentina (Boltunova); his children, Dimitri Matvejuk of Spfld, Lucy Matvejuk of Chicopee, Evelina Matvejuk of Spfld and Alexander Matvejuk of Chicopee; his granddaughter Allison Matvejuk; his sister Olga Antipenkova; and his half-brother Salva. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
