She was predeceased by: her parents, June Madamas and Nicholas Madamas. She is survived by: her son Seth Chiba (Jessica Chiba) of Feeding Hills, MA; her siblings, Sue Madamas of Somers, CT., Nick Madamas of West Springfield, MA. and Michael Madamas of West Springfield, MA.; and her grandchildren, Patience, Faith, Mia Grace Chiba and Gavin.
