He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Fogg and Edith Fogg (Cignoni); his wife Elizabeth M. Fogg (Norcross); his children, Alan D. Fogg of Indiana, Brian L. (Katherine Fogg) of Proctorsville, VT and Donna M. (Anthony Moccio) of Montgomery, NY; his sister Joan (Bruce Ferrier) of Charlton, MA; and his grandchildren, Samuel Fogg, Dominic Moccio, Matthew Fogg, Nicholas Moccio, Nathaniel Fogg and Lauren Moccio.
