He is survived by: his wife Therese Taylor (Dorunda); his daughter Sarah Cheslawski (Joseph) of Brattleboro, VT; his grandson Jason David Cheslawski; and his siblings, Lorri-Ann Moses (Kieth) of Portland, OR, William Taylor (Joyce) of Otis and Arlette Cote (Dave) of Ludlow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
