He was predeceased by: his parent Bernard J.. He is survived by: his parent Joan Coughlin (Backus); his wife Mary Ann Coughlin (Silvestrini); his children, Thomas D. Coughlin (Katherine) of Farmington, CT and Tracy Lo (Stephen) of San Francisco, CA; his siblings, Robert (Marie), James (Barbara), Paul (Kathy), Mark (Nancy) and Mary Taskey (John); and his grandchildren, Claire Coughlin and Olivia Lo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
