He was predeceased by: his parents, Luman G. Mushrush and Esther C. Mushrush (Forsythe); his daughter Cheryl Courtney; and his brother Clark Mushrush. He is survived by: his wife Alma L. Mushrush (Scott); his daughters, Kimberly (Robert Hurley), Alice (James Couture) and Suellen (John Mrzyglod); his son-in-law James Courtney of Springfield; and his sister Vicki Page of Erie, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
