With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Smith (Agawam, Massachusetts), born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 15, 2020 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn P. Choiniere (Allen); and her wife Elaine Patrick. She is survived by: her father Hannibal T. Smith, Jr.; her stepdaughter Karen Bacopoulos (Harry) of Westfield; and her siblings, Alan Smith of Weymouth, MA, Thomas Smith of Virginia Beach, VA, Patricia Smith of Greenfield and Kimberly Hiersche of Chicopee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends: three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Christine to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
