With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Athens of Agawam, Massachusetts, born in Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 6, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore. She is survived by: her sister Ann Willette; her children, George (Janet Athens) and Elaine O'Hara (Jim); and her grandchildren, Tony (Erin Athens), Chris (Katie Athens), Carolyn Athens, Jimmy (Rachel Athens), Mike (Chrissy Athens), Andrea Athens, Lauren (Adam Picard) and Brian (Meredith O'Hara). She is also survived by 9 greatgrandchildren, plus nieces, nephews, and friends.
