With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Poliwczak (Agawam, Massachusetts), born in Winchendon, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 29, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard J. Geddis and Rita E. Geddis (Duval); and her nephew Jason Kie. She is survived by: her husband John E. Poliwczak of Agawam; her sisters, Jean M. Kie (Bruce) of League City, TX and Linda J. Mercier (Steve) of Agawam; her nieces and nephews, Kenneth Kie (Jennifer), Jeffrey Kie (Diana), Kristin Colburn (Christopher), Angela Paxson-Mercier (Erica) and Mariclaire Smith (George); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mikaela Kie, Aubrey Colburn, Amanda, Kevin Paxson, Warren and Dalton Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carol's memory may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
