She was predeceased by: her brother Donald Whitehead (Joan); her sister Shirley Wagner; her brother-in-law Glenn Trombley; and also Robbie. She is survived by: her husband Benjamin M. McCullough, Jr.; her children, Timothy B. (Lori McCullough) of Feeding Hills, Donna M. (Steve Cieboter) and Amy J. (Michael Keeney); her brother Wallace Whitehead (Carol) of Feeding Hills; her grandchildren, Erin Roch (Mike), Shannon Colby (Christopher Donah), Victoria McCullough, Tyler Keeney and Kyle Cieboter; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn and Ainsley Roch; her godchildren, Joseph Martin, Sharon Rittter and Michelle Golec; her close friends, Red and Mary Martin; and her caregiver Anna E.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
