She was predeceased by: her daughter Valerie Girouard. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Orszulak (Thomas) and Gina O'Neill (Anthony Morris); her grandchildren, Jaclyn, Alyxandra, Mariah, Madison, Gabriela, Samantha and Zoe; her great grandchild Kaylee; and her siblings, Norman, Joyce, Catherine, Holly, Michael Marieb and Valerie Kurnik.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
