She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons, Mark (Christine), Scott (Jill), Jimmy (Teresa) and David Consolini; her grandchildren, Anthony, Ashley, Dale, Sophia, Jillian, Hannah, Derek and Kacie; her great grandchild Xander; and her siblings, William and Phyllis Plifka.
