He is survived by: his children, Claudine Bouchard, Linda Perlmutter and Michael Bouchard; his son-in-law Brent Perlmutter; his grandchildren, Nora and Gwyneth Perlmutter; his brothers, Paul Bouchard and Gilbert Bouchard; and his sister-in-law Deborah Bouchard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
