He is survived by: his wife Joan Worth (Hazard); his children, John Worth (Stephanie) of Adams, Maryann (Bill Perault) of Dalton and Bonnie Worth of North Adams; his grandchildren, Nathan Worth (Amber), Mariah Worth (Collin Kline), Autumn Worth (Ryan Blessing), Hannah, Noah, Emily Perault, Davion Hart, Devin and Kayla Trager; his great grandchildren, Hollyann Fields, Tucker, Natalie Worth and Christopher Kline; his sister Doris Cote of North Adams; his extended family Ingrid Lewis; and his pets, Ginger, Mia, Boots and Tiger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
