It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theophilia Richards (Adams, Massachusetts), who passed away on October 17, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ludwik Kozak; her son-in-law Thomas Hafner; and her siblings, Walter Kozak, Ann Clermont and Mary Ellsworth.
She is survived by: her parent Victoria Kozak (Czech); her husband John D. Richards; her children, John D "Skeets" Richards, Jr. (Barbara) of Williamstown, David Richards (Frances) of Adams and Jacqueline Hafner of Adams; her grandchildren, Carolyn Richards Kutny (Peter) of Ellsworth, ME, Ryan Richards of Boston and Christopher Richards (Damon) of Amherst, MA; and her siblings, Jessie Hospod of Pittsfield and Augustyn Kozak of Spotsylvania, VA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
