He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna T. Stefanik (Toporowski) and Theodore F. Stefanik, Sr.. He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy Kozak; his brother Thomas Stefanik (Suzanne); his nephew Dr. Michael Stefanik (Maggie Gill) of Naperville, IL; and his great-niece Grace Anne Stefanik.
