Paciorek of Adams, Christina Paciorek of West Springfield and Carla Thomas of Adams; his grandchildren, Monica and Dylan; and his siblings, Daniel Paciorek of Adams and Virginia Paciorek of Adams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
