He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy O'Brien and Helen O'Brien (Bujalska); and his brother Walter O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Presnal; and his siblings, Timothy O'Brien of Dunnellon, FL, William O'Brien (Kathy) of Adams, Mary Paree (Raymond) of Adams and Teresa Revett (Rick) of Adams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
