He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Duval and Matilda B. Duval (Guerin); his son Gregory E. Duval; and his brothers, Robert Duval and Richard Duval.
He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sons, Gilbert R. Duval (Virginia) of Adams and Geoffrey M. Duval of Adams; his daughter-in-law Christina Lussier Duval of Pownal, VT; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Jennifer), Mathew, Melissa, Christopher, Nicholas and Dillon; his great grandchildren, Miles, Lara and Eden; his stepson Stephen Ramocki of Warwick, RI; and his sister-in-law Concetta Duval of Orleans, MA. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Adams Free Library to benefit the Children's and Young Adult departments, at 92 Park St. Adams, MA 01220.
