Markland (Adams, Massachusetts), born in North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 13, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent David Markland; and his sisters, Mary Markland and Gladys Allard. He is survived by: his parent Gertrude Markland (Jolly); his wife Irene H. Anton; his children, Jerome Markland of Tolland, CT, Jeffrey Markland of North Adams, John Markland of Pittsfield, Randy Markland of Windsor, MA, Joseph Markland of Franklin, MA, David Markland of Amherst, MA and Mary Cancilla of Lanesborough, MA; and also North Adams. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
