She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander "Scotty" Brown; her parents, George Schwarzer and Lillian Schwarzer (Tanguay); and her stepson Scott Brown. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Novak (Carol) of Palmer and Todd Novak Sr. (Susan Bobka) of Keene, NH; her siblings, Shirley Roberts (Schwarzer) of Pensicola, FL and George Schwarzer (Helen) of Barre, VT; her stepchildren, Richard Brown, David Brown and Diane Sowle; her grandson Todd Novak Jr. (Stephanie) of Adams; and her stepchildren, Brenna Novak (Joshua Romeo) of Cheshire, Michael Taber of North Adams, Erica Brazeau of Adams and Katie Dygon of Beacon Falls, CT.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
