It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Matthew Oparowski of Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tytus Oparowski and Mary Oparowski (Kogut); his children, Joseph Oparowski and Maryanne Hill; his stepchildren, Chari Millard, Patricia Fletcher, William and Ricky Casper; and his siblings, John, Casimer, Peter, Stanley, Walter, Joseph, Frank Oparowski, Emily Oparowski, Anna Keeler, Sophie Rusek, Cecelia Laston and Helen Fox.
He is survived by: his son Michael Oparowski (Diana) of Chicopee; and his brother Theodore Oparowski of Adams. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Paciorek Funeral Home (13 Hoosac St, Adams, MA 01220). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
