It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta M. Cooney of Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Asaevich and Katherine Asaevich (Falgier); her brother Joseph Asaevich; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Cooney. She is survived by: her husband Francis R "Bud" Cooney; her son Robert M. Cooney of Adams; her sister-in-law Eileen Cooney of Plymouth, MA; her stepgrandchildren, Trista LaBonte of Adams and Josh Cote of North Adams; and her stepgreat-granddaughters, Evelyn and Ava. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
