He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis E. Callahan and Esther H. Callahan (Dick); his wife Lucille L. Callahan (Denault); and his children, JoAnn Gillis, Susan Black, Tammy Bandong and John G. Callahan Jr.. He was also cherished by eight Grandchildren and seven Great-Grandchildren.
