He was predeceased by: his parent Herbert Roemelt. He is survived by: his parent Emma Roemelt (Fisher); his wife Helen M. Strzepek; his daughter Maryellen Young (Brant) of Bennington, VT; his sister Dorothy Leary of Providence, RI; his grandsons, Michael Roemelt (Edda) of Scotia, NY and Bryan Roemelt of Washington; his great grandchildren, Jason Roemelt and Bennett Roemelt; and his nieces, Bonnie Leary Seekell and Linda Leary Hamm.
