Helen O'Neil Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2021, at the age of 91, Helen O'Neil (Adams, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Szufnarowski and Victoria Szufnarowski (Kuropatwa); and her siblings, Thaddeus, Frederick, Anthony Szufnarowski, Celia Szufnarowski, Alice Lepak, Gladys Sirard, Sophie Brooks and Adele Szufnarowski.

She is survived by: her husband James O'Neil; her children, Dennis O'Neil (Mary) of Montgomery, NJ and Teresa Smolenski (Joseph) of Slingerlands, NY; her grandchildren, Jennifer Dezaio (Matt), Michael O'Neil, Alicia Noll (Ken), Nicole and Matthew Smolenski; and her great grandchildren, Isabella Dezaio and Aurora Noll. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
