She was predeceased by: her parent John Mikutowicz; her grandparent Henry Wojtaszek of Adams; and her brothers, Walter Mikutowicz and Joseph Mikutowicz. She is survived by: her parent Mary Mikutowicz (Wojtaszek); her grandparent Sophia Wojtaszek of Adams; her husband John E. Wilk; her children, John H. Wilk (Holly) of Adams, Mary Jane Grunes (Louis) of Margate, FL and Barbara Wilk of Margate, FL; her sister Sophie Dabrowski of Adams; and her siblings-in-law, Jacqueline Mikutowicz of Adams and Leonard Wilk (Christine) of Winchester, MA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family requests the omission of flowers and suggests memorial donations be made to St. Stanislaus School, 108 Summer St., Adams, MA 01220.
