With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick S. Bernat (Adams, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 17, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley Bernat and Mary Bernat (Wilk); his close friend Fran Brooks; his children, Mark Brooks (Jill) and Christine Brooks; his grandchildren, Ashley and Ryan; and his sisters, Lorraine Gamari (Norman) of Adams and Beverly Pizani (Richard) of Adams. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests the omission of flowers and suggests memorial donations be made to St. Stanislaus Kostka School, 108 Summer St., Adams, MA 01220.
