She was predeceased by: her parents, John Haczela and Jennie Haczela (Ordyna); her husband Edwin Welz; her daughter Deborah Welz; and her brother Stephen Haczela.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Welz and Cindy Nelson; and her siblings, John Haczela, Jr., Theresa Massey and Dorothy Powers. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
