He was predeceased by: his parent William Malcolm. He is survived by: his parent Sylvia Malcolm (Gravel); his children, Glenna Malcolm (Franklin Egan) of Boalsburg, PA, Brent Malcolm of Adams and Jillian Perrier of North Adams; his sister Pam Kondel (Paul) of Adams; his grandchildren, Dominic Malcolm, Rosalyn and Malcolm Egan; and his nephews, Geoffrey Kondel (Marissa) and Daniel Kondel (Bridget O'Neil-Hopkins). He is also survived by cousins who spent summers playing with Derek and Pam as children; as well as many very close friends.
