With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester T. Ciuk (Adams, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 2, 2019 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chester T. Ciuk to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Ciuk and Anna Ciuk (Mliczek); his daughter Martha Stewart; and his siblings, Joseph, Thomas, Michael, Stanley, George Ciuk, Julia Ethier, Victoria LaPierre and Lucy Flood.
He is survived by: his wife Anne McAndrews; his children, Mary Ciuk of Adams and James Ciuk of Weehawken, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, Marijane Pansecchi of Adams and James McAndrews of Attleboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests the omission of flowers and suggests memorial donations be made to the Parish of St. John Paul II for the St. Stanislaus Steeple Fund, P.O. Box 231, Adams, MA 01220 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
