She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Jzyk; and her brother Gary. She is survived by: her children, Walt Gerry Mark Gerry (Pam), Barbara Gerry-Lavigne (Francis) and Linda Gerry-Saldana; her grandchildren, Ericca, Victoria, Abreeonna and Brandon; her great grandchild Amelia; her siblings, Mellissa Murphy, Diana Oparowski, Pamela Martischnig, Deborah Varno, Tina Radlowski, Norma Morin, Kenneth, Jeff, Joe Lefebvre, Sandra Suriner, Patricia Edwards, Loretta Atwell, Leona Sherman and Rita Grande; and her friend Rosie Schaffrick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
