She was predeceased by: her sisters, Jean Flynn, Muriel Zaloga and Annette Desautels; her nephews, Jack and Daniel Zaloga; and her niece Meg Woloss.
She is survived by: her husband Robert B. Carey; her sons, David Carey of Grayslake, IL and James Carey (Fleur-Carey); her granddaughter Melody Carey of Oakland, CA; her nieces and nephews, Steven, Anthony Zaloga, Michael, Peter Flynn, Ellen Flynn and Ann McBride; and her goddaughter Jennifer Rourke.
