He is survived by: his parents, Edward Chase and Patricia Chase; his siblings, Debra Sabino (Bruce), Susan Atkinson, Brian Chase (Patti) and Edward Chase III (Denise); his daughters, Jessica Raymond, Melissa Raymond (Ryan Moniz) and Shawna Raymond; and his grandchildren, Landen Jadlowe, MaKenzie Jadlowe, Leia Moniz and Emilia Moniz. He is also survived by his family and many lifelong friends.
