He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Stephen Francis (Susanne) of Kernersville, NC and Sherry Medeiros (Frank) of New Bedford; his grandchildren, Daniel Francis and Michael Medeiros; his siblings, Donald Francis (Rosemarie) of Acushnet and Edna Simas of New Bedford; and his mother-in-law Edna Howland of Dartmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
