She was predeceased by: her spouse Zdzisław Głowacki; and her parents, Józef Jędrzejczyk and Anna Jędrzejczyk (Baranowska). She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Ancukiewicz (Marek Ancukiewicz) of Acton; her grandchildren, Veronika (Arash) and Damian (Karen); her great grandchildren, Sara and Daria; and her brother Stefan Jędrzejczyk.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to Holy Trinity Polish Parish in Lowell.
