He is survived by: his wife Ann Manchester; his daughter Katharine; his children-in-law, Scott Sawrey (William) and Susan Barrett; his grandchildren, Canon, Caroline, Ella, Rosie and Lucy; and his sisters, Carolyn Hall of Arizona and Marian Hupp of Arizona.
